Rip It Labs, LLC is an American software company based in Arizona. It was founded on February 25, 2026 by Tim Cavin[1] and develops artificial-intelligence agent software and blockchain-based record-keeping tools. Its products include RILBOT, a marketplace for AI agents; RIL Warden, a gateway that restricts and records the network activity of autonomous AI agents; and ProofRail, a service that anchors cryptographic fingerprints of software actions on five public blockchains: XDC, Base, Hedera, the XRP Ledger and Stellar.[3]
The company describes its focus as building AI agents together with the infrastructure that holds them accountable: agent runs, documents, votes and price data handled by its products can be independently verified on public blockchains.[4]
History
Founding (2026)
Rip It Labs was organized in Arizona as a limited liability company on February 25, 2026, with Amended and Restated Articles of Organization filed on May 18, 2026.[1] The first code repository, the company website that became ripitlabs.com, was created on March 21, 2026. On April 22 the company began RILfather, the AI agent platform its later products are built on, and on April 27 it made the first commits of RILBOT and VoteChain.[3]
Oracle and token
On June 19, 2026 the company's oracle moved from simulation to live price feeds, with its contract deployed to XDC mainnet[5] and source-verified on XDCScan the next day. From June 26 its feeds were also published natively to the XRP Ledger. A software development kit, xdchain-oracle, was published to npm on July 6.[6] On July 21 the company deployed the RIL token, an XRC-20 token with a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 and no mint function, to XDC mainnet.[7]
Five chains
In August 2026 the company built ProofRail, a chain-neutral proof-of-execution engine (August 20), and rolled anchoring across its product suite on five networks: XDC, Base, Hedera, the XRP Ledger and Stellar (August 21). Its oracle was deployed to Base[8] and Hedera[9]. On August 31 the xdcchain and xdcoracle products were renamed RILchain and RILoracle.[3]
Federal registration and RIL Warden
Rip It Labs registered in SAM.gov as a commercial vendor on September 2, 2026.[2] That month it launched RILDocs, a document notarization service, and Unlist, a data-broker removal service. On September 25 it launched RIL Warden, followed by a multi-tenant release on September 26 and an internal pilot in which the company routed its own agents' outbound traffic through Warden on September 28.[3][10] The company's history record was written and anchored on-chain on September 30, 2026.[11]
Products
| Product | Introduced | Description | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| RIL Warden | Sep 25, 2026 | A jail for AI agents and a flight recorder for everything they do: approved sites only, keys agents never see, decoy credentials, a kill switch and a signed, tamper-evident log. | Live, early access |
| RILBOT | Apr 27, 2026 | The AI agent marketplace: hire AI agents for business work. Every run is signed and anchored as proof of execution. | Live |
| RILoracle | Jun 19, 2026 | Real-world-asset and trade-finance price feeds with proof of reserve (formerly XDChain Oracle). | Live |
| RILchain | Renamed Aug 31, 2026 | The suite of blockchain applications for real-world assets and trade documents (formerly xdcchain). | Live |
| VoteChain | Apr 27, 2026 | Election and vote-result integrity: certified results fingerprinted and anchored on-chain. | Live |
| ProofRail | Aug 20, 2026 | Chain-neutral proof-of-execution engine and API: one call turns an action into verifiable on-chain proof. | Live |
| RILDocs | Sep 3, 2026 | Document notarization and proof of existence: the file is fingerprinted in the browser and only the fingerprint is anchored. | Live |
| RIL token | Jul 21, 2026 | XRC-20 utility token, 1,000,000,000 fixed supply, no mint function. | Deployed |
| CarbonX | Jun 27, 2026 | Carbon credit retirement with on-chain certificates and proof of reserve. | Live (registry on testnet) |
| Singularity | Jun 28, 2026 | The multi-agent operator that runs the company's departments, with every outbound action approved by the owner. | Live (internal) |
| PayRail | Aug 27, 2026 | Agentic payments: an AI agent pays for goods and services through x402 and gasless USDC, with proof anchored. | Live, pre-launch |
| SHIELD | Jul 25, 2026 | Defensive, receive-only detection of GNSS spoofing and jamming, drone command-link hijacks and Remote ID. | Live |
| Unlist | Sep 12, 2026 | Provable data-broker removal. | Live |
The company also develops CyberStrike, a subscription security service, and AEGIS, a suite of radio-frequency tools for defense customers; SHIELD, listed above, is its defensive, receive-only counterpart.[3]
Technology
A common element across the company's products is anchoring: a product computes a cryptographic fingerprint (hash) of a record, such as an AI agent's output, a document or a vote tally, signs it, and writes the fingerprint to one or more public blockchains. Anyone holding the original record can later recompute the fingerprint and compare it with the on-chain entry to confirm the record has not changed since it was anchored. Documents notarized through RILDocs are fingerprinted in the user's browser, so only the fingerprint, not the file, leaves the device.[3]
RIL Warden applies the same approach to AI agents. It sits between an agent and the internet, allows only approved destinations, keeps credentials out of the agent's reach, can plant decoy credentials and stop an agent with a kill switch, and keeps a signed, tamper-evident log whose checkpoints are anchored through ProofRail.[10]
Leadership
Tim Cavin founded the company and serves as its chief executive, chief technology and chief operating officer. He is a U.S. Army veteran and a former investigator who has been involved with cryptocurrency since 2012.[4]
